Application for Academic Internship Opportunities
Cortland Regional Medical Center is pleased to offer student internships. Please print and complete page 1 of our application form to express your interest including your goals and objectives, and the department you would like to complete your internship. Once the Education Department receives your application, it will be forwarded to the department of interest for their review. You will be contacted once a decision is made. Please Note: To apply for an academic internship, you must be affiliated with a school program which requires completion of an academic internship.
Upon Notification of Approval of Internship Request
After you have received notice from the CRMC Education Department that your internship request has been approved, you must complete a student orientation, and complete employee health clearance requirements. Both of these are done at least 2 weeks prior to the start of your internship. Click here for academic internship orientation.
All required paperwork must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the start of your internship.
Job Shadowing/Observation Opportunities
Cortland Regional Medical Center is pleased to offer shadowing/observation opportunities. These are non-academic and limited to 1-2 days maximum. Please print and complete page 1 of our application form to express your interest, including your goals and objectives, and the department inwhich you would like to observe/shadow. Once the Education Department receives your application, it will be forwarded to the department of interest for its review. You will be contacted once a decision is made.
