A Chaplain is an ordained minister with special training to deal with medical and crisis situations that occur within a hospital. Our Chaplain is the Reverend Ina Warren. She works hand in hand with the patient's priest, pastor, or faith leader. However, at times when a person's clergyperson is not available, the Chaplain will provide spiritual care.
Reverend Warren is available to:
* Listen when you are feeling troubled and need to talk.
* Pray with patients and read scripture or other words of comfort.
* Perform sacraments including communion and baptism.
* Officiate at marriages and funerals.
* Offer individual counseling.
* Assist families with impending death and difficult life issues.
