Cortland Regional Medical Center (CRMC) is committed to caring for patients, regardless of their ability to pay for services. Hospital expenses can be daunting, especially to those who do not have insurance to pay for them. That is why we have trained financial counselors to help you understand your financial responsibility and the payment options available to you.

Patients are responsible for paying their hospital bills, even if they have inadequate medical insurance, or no insurance at all. Payment plans are available to all patients. In addition, CRMC financial counselors can help patients find other ways to pay for their medical care. Our on-site facilitated enroller can assist eligible patients with enrollment in healthcare insurance programs such as Medicaid, Child Health Plus, or Family Health Plus.

Some patients may be eligible for financial aid. CRMC financial counselors can review a patient's income and resources to help determine if full or partial financial aid is available.
