It is never too late to start on a path to a healthier life. Now is the
time to “Commit to Quit” and end the addiction to nicotine
with a smoking cessation program sponsored by Cortland Regional Medical Center.
This class will teach all the necessary skills to successfully beat your
addiction to cigarette smoking. “Commit to Quit” is taught
by trained smoking cessation specialists who take into consideration the
many components of a smoking habit and help develop clear, customized
plans based on each individual’s needs.
Classes will be held every Wednesday evening from 6:00 pm – 7:30
pm for 6 weeks beginning Wednesday, September 11th in the RCF Auditorium. The program has a small fee of $15 but as an added
incentive the fee is refunded to participants who complete all 6 classes!

but for your family too. Take the first step today by calling the CRMC
