The Administration of Cortland Regional Medical Center is pleased to announce
the selection of Carrie Sabin to the newly created position of Physician
Relations Manager. Carrie will be responsible for developing meaningful
relationships with referring physicians/practices within our area. In
this role she will also be addressing and resolving issues on behalf of
the physicians, patients, practices, and staff.
Carrie has 15 years of experience in the medical field which includes medical
records coordinator, supervision of personal care aides, and administrative
assistant. For the past 10 years she has been unit clerk in the Emergency
Room and will continue in that role on a part time basis. As clerk, Carrie's
duties are to facilitate the flow of the Emergency Room, resolving issues
for patients, physicians, and nursing staff when conflict arises.
"My goal is to help establish a great working relationship between
all physicians in our community and Cortland Regional Medical Center."

Carrie resides in Virgil with her husband Paul Jr.,who is the Assistant
Superintendent of Public Works in Dryden. They have three children: Paul,
Collin, and Riley.
