Diabetic Support Group

Learn how to manage the disease with support from others with diabetes. Meets the last Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm in the Auditorium.

Diabetic Support Group - Type 1

For parents of children with Type 1 diabetes. Learn how to manage your child’s disease through discussion with other parents. Free and all are welcome. Meets the last Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm in the Auditorium.

This smoking cessation  program is FREE and open to anyone in Cortland County. The sessions will be held at Cortland REgional on the second floor in the 2C meeting room. Each session will run from 6pm until 7:15pm every Tuesday from April 5th to May 10th.  Participants receive a free supply of nicotine replacement therapy and are strongly encouraged to attend all six sessions to improve their chance of becoming tobacco free.

Coping with Cancer - Support Group

All individuals, families and caregivers who are coping with, or are interested in learning more about cancer, are invited to attend. Cortland Regional Medical Center and the American Cancer Society serve as co-sponsors for the monthly support group meetings. Each meeting features a speaker on an important topic in the field of cancer or a topic of interest to families. Meets last Wednesday of each month at 5:30 pm in the Assembly Room.
